FACILITATORS & CURATORS
PRUNEAH
Named by her halmuni (grandma), pruneah is a critical food scholar, activist, and artist. Her work attempts to archive the ways in which food becomes one of the most intimate sites of oppression, resistance and love. As the second of five daughters of immigrant parents, pruneah hopes to spend her lifetime centering the lived narratives of diasporic communities, especially within food discourse and movements. @daughter0diaspora ABBY HO Abby is the Artistic Director of Project 40 Collective, and Managing Editor at LooseLeaf Magazine. She is a multidisciplinary artist who is interested in the accessibility of art and how art can be used as a social tool to bridge gaps within different cultures. She is also currently finishing her degree at OCAD U in Cross-Disciplinary Studies: Life Studies. www.abby-ho.com |
MIRAE LEE Mirae is the Community Director of Project 40 Collective, and an emerging cultural producer and anthropologist. Her creative practice is rooted in her ongoing negotiation with her hyphenated identity and her positionality on the land she resides and those she shares it with. She truly loves her two first names and will forever thank her dad (while holding a bit of a grudge for giving her an English name she has refused to be associated with six years ago). www.miraelxx.com / @miraelxx |
